Please provide all the necessary information — project start and desired launch dates, task descriptions or ready-made technical specifications, and the planned budget.

A manager will get in touch with you
within an hour

We will receive your request and contact you within an hour during working hours. If you submitted your request over the weekend, we will process it on Monday morning.

The manager will ask clarifying questions to better understand the tasks. If needed, we will sign an NDA and arrange an online meeting with our technical specialists.

We will help clarify the requirements

Before starting the project, it’s important to reach a mutual understanding of the requirements and objectives. This takes time, but it makes the development process, costs, and project management more transparent.

We review your request or technical specifications, clarify the requirements, and propose solution options.

We will agree on the commercial proposal
and work plan

At the end of the month, we will plan for the next month and inform you of the start date. We will select a team with the relevant experience for your project. A detailed commercial proposal will be prepared, taking into account all the specifics of your project.

and begin work

on the project

Every week, we compile a report on the work done and send it to you. The team checks the schedule daily, so the manager always has up-to-date information, and you can request it in the chat at any time.

Additionally, you will have access to our time tracking system and the project board, where the information is also updated daily.

We will support the project

We often continue working with clients after the release. We can take the project on for support and continue developing its functionality.
